- Our proprietary process for
safe-ending and extending heat exchanger tubes is the method of
choice for companies which require modifying heat exchanger
tubes.
- If stress cracking is a problem
we add a more noble metal (depending on the environment) to the
stress cracking zone of the tube. Inconel and Monel are
routinely specified for use with stainless steel heat exchanger
tubes.
- If tubes require extending we
can add any length of tube to your existing tube.
- Due to the success of our
proprietary process, the life of the tube can be extended.
- We do not use filler metal in
the joint.
- We have the capacity to safe-end
or extend any number of tubes in any metallic form of any
length.
- We assure quality for each tube.
Tubes are leak tested under water @ 150 psi., or can be water
pressure tested to meet your requirements
