Heat Exchanger Tube Safe Ending

'Extending Tubes Cost Effectively'

  • Our proprietary process for safe-ending and extending heat exchanger tubes is the method of choice for companies which require modifying heat exchanger tubes.

  • If stress cracking is a problem we add a more noble metal (depending on the environment) to the stress cracking zone of the tube. Inconel and Monel are routinely specified for use with stainless steel heat exchanger tubes.

  • If tubes require extending we can add any length of tube to your existing tube.

  • Due to the success of our proprietary process, the life of the tube can be extended.

  • We do not use filler metal in the joint.


  • We have the capacity to safe-end or extend any number of tubes in any metallic form of any length. 

  • We assure quality for each tube. Tubes are leak tested under water @ 150 psi., or can be water pressure tested to meet your requirements

  • Call us for a prompt quotation.

  • We have the capacity to deliver quality assurance by inspecting the weld joints with x-ray or any other inspection specifications you require.

  • We also specialize in fabrication of heat exchanger units, flanges, tube sheets, and any other aspect to heat exchangers.
